John W. McCully
Founder/Creative Director Wylie Galt Advertising

With twenty years experience in advertising and publishing, McCully brings strong experience in both creative and management roles. His well-developed skills in writing, designing, and conceptual work span print, web, and broadcast mediums. These skills, in combination with well-honed experience in overall creative direction and project management, provide his clients with effective on-budget campaigns

McCully’s client work includes assignments for CB Richard Ellis Showtime, Dell, Infiniti, Time Warner, Electrolux, Citibank, Technicolor, Net Zero, Key Bank and a myriad of other firms both large and small.

Prior to launching Wylie Galt Advertising in 2001, McCully was president/publisher at GPG Publishing, a Los Angeles magazine company with multiple publishing properties. Before that, he served as the Sr. Vice President, Marketing and Sales at Metropolis Publishing where he was responsible for five consumer publications. Prior to his tenure at Metropolis, McCully was founder and president of Circular Logic a national producer of newspaper inserts and direct mail programs with offices in Atlanta and Newport Beach.

Whether it is through the written word or by use of imagery and symbolism, McCully thrives on creating unique and effective solutions that accomplish his client’s objectives.
